Vaga Bella Swimwear has a no refund policy and will only exchange if the product is flawed. Please get out the tape measure and use our sizing guide to make sure our beautiful pieces are going to fit you, babe!
Photos of faulty items will be required and we will then inspect and decide whether to refund. You may exchange for any product on the website which has the same value or less. If the value is more than the original purchase additional fees will be charged. If you wish to make an exchange or you have any further questions about the sizing, please email us at email@example.com
If you received your swimwear and they're not quite perfect for you, we sincerely apologize we aren't able to help you more at this stage. Please know that your money has gone into a good cause and maybe consider giving the piece/pieces away to a friend who might love them.
Standard shipping is available for domestic (USA) orders via USPS with tracking. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express with full tracking.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders. We will send you an email with a tracking number attached once the order shipment has been confirmed. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the following business days.
